SigmaStar: Shareholder Kunqiao Capital and its concerted party Kunchen's reduction plan has been completed
On the evening of September 29, SigmaStar announced that it recently received a "Notice of Completion of Share Reduction Plan" issued by its shareholder Kunqiao Capital and its concerted party Kunchen. As of September 28, 2025, during the implementation period of the share reduction plan, Kunqiao Capital and its concerted party Kunchen have cumulatively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 9,616,632 shares through block trades and collective bidding, reducing their shareholding ratio to 3.8364%. The reduction situation is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan, and the number of shares reduced is within the scope of the reduction plan
