Anhui Xinbo Aluminum Co., Ltd. announced that it has provided a maximum joint liability guarantee for the domestic letter of credit application of 10 million yuan by its subsidiary Xinbo Photovoltaic to the Hefei branch of China Merchants Bank. The "Maximum Irrevocable Guarantee Letter" has been signed. As of the announcement date, the company's guarantee balance for Xinbo Photovoltaic reached 1,229.0125 million yuan, and the total guarantee balance for all subsidiaries was 3,405.0287 million yuan, with no overdue external guarantees. Xinbo Photovoltaic has a good credit rating, and financial data from the past year and the current period show that its operations are normal. The company's board of directors believes that this guarantee is beneficial for the subsidiary's financing, with controllable risks, and agrees to this guarantee arrangement
