OTIC: Application for issuance of shares to specific objects accepted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange
On October 9th, OTIC announced that the company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific objects by Ningxia Dongfang Tantalum Industry Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange, based on relevant regulations, verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific objects, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. The company's issuance of shares to specific objects is still subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
