On October 15th, Xinlong announced that the name of its controlling shareholder has been changed from "Jiaxing Paradise Silicon Valley Equity Investment Co., Ltd." to "Jiaxing Silicon Valley Paradise Xinhai Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.", and the relevant change has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures. This change does not involve any changes in the shareholding of the company's controlling shareholder, and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller have not changed
