ZFGF has reached a strategic cooperation with NiuNai Robotics

According to the announcement from ZFGF (300695.SZ), the company (Party B) signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Niunai Robotics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Niunai Robotics," Party A) on October 16, 2025. Both parties will carry out multi-faceted cooperation in areas such as talent, technology, and industry. The partner, Niunai Robotics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the German company Neura Robotics established in China, primarily engaged in the production and manufacturing of robotic bodies. The company focuses on the development of cognitive robots and humanoid robots, with core products including the cognitive collaborative robot MAiRA, the lightweight robotic assistant LARA, and the humanoid robot 4NE-1. Its products are based on the AI integration platform connected by Neuraverse and equipped with multi-sensor fusion technology, enabling autonomous decision-making and intelligent interaction. Neura Robotics was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Mechingen, Germany. It is a global leader in the research and development of cognitive and humanoid robots. Its core product, MAiRA, is the world's first cognitive collaborative robot, achieving integrated human-machine interaction capabilities through multi-sensor fusion and intelligent technology. The company's product line also includes the autonomous mobile platform MAV, the lightweight robotic assistant LARA, the personal assistant robot MiPA, and the humanoid robot 4NE-1, creating a complete product matrix covering various scenarios in industry, healthcare, logistics, and services, with clients including international giants like Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Omron. According to the agreement, both parties will leverage Party B's long-term accumulated advantages in R&D, manufacturing, management, and cost control in the manufacturing industry to actively introduce Party B into Party A's supply chain system. Under the same performance, quality, and price conditions, Party B's core components and assemblies for humanoid robots will be prioritized, and the feasibility of Party B manufacturing robotic bodies for Party A will be explored. Relying on Party B's advantages in intelligent manufacturing and digital factory construction, a rich industrial scenario will be provided for Party A to explore the implementation of embodied intelligence in industrial scenarios, collaboratively creating a benchmark production line for embodied intelligence and promoting its application in the discrete manufacturing industry. Communication and planning will be conducted around the construction of a robot training center, aiming to create a robot training platform that integrates technology R&D testing, talent practical training, and industry standard exploration
