Zhongfu: Plans to invest 407 million yuan to construct an integrated wind power project for source-grid-load-storage
Zhongfu Industrial announced that its wholly-owned secondary subsidiary, Henan Fujin New Energy Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of Henan Zhongfu High-Precision Aluminum Materials Co., Ltd. and Henan Zhongfu Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.'s integrated wind power project for source-network-load-storage, with investment amounts of 192 million yuan and 215 million yuan, respectively, totaling 407 million yuan. The funding sources for the project construction are capital and bank loans, with the project's internal financial rates of return being 9.86% and 8.44%, respectively. The project still needs to obtain relevant compliance procedures and is subject to risks of extension, changes, suspension, or termination
