WANJIA GROUP announced that its indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhua Yangke received a notice of agreement processing from the Wuhua Medical Insurance Management Center, stating that its dialysis center deviated from standard prescriptions and violated relevant regulations. The Wuhua Medical Insurance Management Center requires Wuhua Yangke to rectify the situation and has suspended its service agreement for 61 days. During the suspension period, the Wuhua dialysis center will continue to operate but will not provide dialysis services and will transfer patients to other centers.
