"Port Tower" Yuzhou West Mid-Levels UPPER CENTRAL unsold units 15 units price increase, with the highest increase reaching 3%
YUZHOU GROUP (01628.HK) launched "UPPER CENTRAL" in Mid-Levels West in late November last year, and within less than two months announced price increases for the remaining 15 units, with an increase of about 2% to 3%; these units have a usable area ranging from 167 to 242 square feet, all of which are open-plan units.
The units with price increases include Room B on the 9th floor, with a usable area of 167 square feet, originally priced at HKD 4.618 million, now increased to HKD 4.757 million, with the price per square foot rising from HKD 27,653 to HKD 28,485
