Ronbay Technology: The total contract amount of 120 billion RMB with CATL is estimated by the company

Ronbay Technology (688005.SH) announced that on January 13, the company received an inquiry letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Science and Technology Innovation Board Management Department regarding the daily operational contract signed between Ningbo Ronbay New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and CATL (03750.HK). The letter indicated that the agreement did not specify the procurement amount, and the "RMB 120 billion total contract amount" with CATL was estimated by the company. The final actual sales scale will depend on the raw material prices and quantities at the time of actual order signing, making the sales amount uncertain.

The company will arrange corresponding new and expanded production capacity based on the capacity construction rhythm stipulated in the agreement and the actual order signing situation to meet supply requirements. It is expected that over the next three years, to meet the contract performance requirements, capital expenditures will be approximately RMB 8.7 billion.
