WISDOM WEALTH's liquidation petition hearing postponed again, suspension continues
WISDOM WEALTH (00007.HK) announced that on January 19, the High Court of Hong Kong ordered that the hearing of the petition be further postponed until a date to be determined after the petitioner submits further affidavits on the disputed matters. In July 2025, Huisheng Financing submitted a petition to the High Court requesting the liquidation of the company, involving a claim of HKD 1.81 million.
The company's shares will be suspended from trading starting April 2, 2024, and will continue to be suspended
