The Chinese Academy of Sciences released a report that first proposed "Ten Key Scientific and Technological Issues" regarding high-temperature superconducting tapes made of rare earth barium copper oxide
The Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences officially released the "2025 REBCO High-Temperature Superconducting Wire Strategic Research Report." This is the world's first strategic research report focusing on the development of high-temperature superconducting wires, systematically sorting out the research and development, industrialization, and application status of Rare Earth Barium Copper Oxide (REBCO) high-temperature superconducting wires globally. It also for the first time distilled and proposed the "ten key scientific and technological issues" faced in this field, providing a clear roadmap for the large-scale application of high-temperature superconducting materials.
