CN ANCHU ENERGY (02399.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Wuzhong Ruichu Technology from an independent third party. The latter holds an electrochemical energy storage power station project located in Tongxin County, Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with an installed capacity of approximately 100 megawatts/200 megawatt-hours, classified as a large utility-grade energy storage facility, for a cash consideration of 64 million RMB
