"HK Property" specialized family clients spent HKD 12.471 million to purchase a two-bedroom unit in WenYao. The developer plans to increase prices next month

The Kowloon City Wen Yao developed by Jianhao Real Estate recorded its 9th transaction this year, which is Unit B on the 16th floor of Wen Yao, with a usable area of 650 square feet, consisting of a two-bedroom layout with a storage room. The buyer chose a payment method with a 90-day supply, purchasing it for HKD 12.471 million, with a price per usable square foot of approximately HKD 19,186.

It is reported that the buyer is a family of professionals, and due to their children attending primary school in the area, they purchased the unit for self-occupation for convenience.

Wen Yao has sold 9 units this year to date, with a total transaction amount exceeding HKD 157 million. The developer indicated that they intend to raise the pricing of project units in February and are confident that the project will see new transactions in the short term
