COSMOS MACH (00118.HK) announced a related transaction, selling the entire equity of Hefei Granmei New Materials, which has recorded losses for three consecutive years, to Diao Jun De for the plastic raw materials sales business. The cash consideration is RMB 4.65 million. The estimated loss from the sale is RMB 230,000
