ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK) announced that it has entered into a framework agreement with ZHONGMIAO (01417.HK) to acquire a total of 525,100 shares of ZHONGMIAO in the open market, accounting for 0.37% of its equity, for a total consideration of HKD 10 million, to establish a long-term strategic partnership.
