FLOWING CLOUD (06610.HK) announced that on February 5, it sold a total of 22.995 million shares of YICHEN IND (01596.HK) in the open market, accounting for 10.24% of its H-share capital, at an average price of HKD 0.6077 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 13.97 million. It is estimated that the sale will confirm a loss of HKD 89.04 million. After the completion, the company still holds 2.6 million shares of YICHEN IND
