NT PHARMA (01011.HK) announced that, after further discussions between the company, Hangzhou Jingwei Life Science Technology, and Huang Jianshan (the subscriber), and to ensure full compliance with listing rules, all parties have entered into a termination agreement regarding the issuance of convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD 65 million. The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Wednesday (the 11th)
