The three-bedroom unit at Kingswood Villas in Tseung Kwan O sold for HKD 9.8 million, doubling in value since 2006

Zhongyuan Real Estate's Zhou Qihong stated that the branch recently facilitated a transaction at The Grand Waterfront in Tseung Kwan O. The unit is a high-floor K room with a usable area of 671 square feet and a gross area of 889 square feet, featuring a three-bedroom suite layout. The unit faces east, offering a quiet view of the inner garden and expansive mountain scenery, and was just sold for HKD 9.8 million, equivalent to a price of HKD 14,605 per usable square foot.

Zhou Qihong from Zhongyuan Real Estate indicated that the new buyer was attracted to the reasonable price of the property and decided to purchase it for personal use after a brief consideration. It is reported that the original owner bought the unit for HKD 3.21 million in October 2006 and has held it for nearly 20 years, realizing a paper profit of HKD 6.59 million upon selling, with the unit appreciating twofold during the holding period
