CROSSTEC expects a loss of up to 135 million yuan last year
CROSSTEC (03893.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss of between HKD 123 million and HKD 135 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a net loss of HKD 13.1 million in the previous year. The significant increase in losses is mainly due to a one-time loss of approximately HKD 120 million from the issuance of convertible bonds
