A franchise-based vacation rental management company, Casago, has recently revealed the expansion of its franchise footprint by taking over Vacasa’s markets in St. Augustine, Amelia Island, and St. Simons Island. Under the new name Casago First Coast, these areas are now managed by Impact Holdings, a family-operated hospitality firm with over 40 years in the industry. This change brings improved local management and expertise to these markets.
