In Tokyo and Yamagata, Japan, Cowellnex Co., Ltd. - a collaboration between Kirin Holdings Company, Limited (TOKYO:2503) and Kyowa Kirin Co., Ltd. - along with Metagen, Inc., are set to commence collaborative research in February 2026. The research aims to create novel test items utilizing gut microbiota information from Japanese subjects. Additionally, they will work on developing an algorithm that recommends suitable foods based on this data. This partnership signifies a significant step towards innovation in gut health research and development.
