Hainan Airlines releases ticket refund and change policy for Tel Aviv route
On February 28th, Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. issued a notice regarding the special ticket handling regulations for tickets related to the Tel Aviv route. In light of the latest situation in Israel, to assist affected passengers in better arranging their travel plans, the notice on special ticket handling regulations for tickets related to the Tel Aviv route is now released. For tickets issued or exchanged using the 880 international ticket certificate before 18:00 on February 28, 2026 (inclusive), with flight dates involving flights operated by Hainan Airlines to and from Tel Aviv between February 28, 2026 (inclusive) and March 31, 2026 (inclusive)
