"Profit Warning" CR MEDICAL forecasts a profit decline of 8.9%-17.5% for last year

CR MEDICAL (01515.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting profits for the fiscal year 2025 to be between RMB 467 million and RMB 516 million, a decrease of 8.9%-17.5% compared to the previous year. Excluding a one-time compensation of RMB 210 million received during the year, profits would decline by 37.6%-43.5%.
