Insta360 founder responds to 337 victory: will open Ace series sports camera patents for goodwill use by peers
On March 2nd, Liu Jingkang, the founder of Insta360, responded on Weibo to the recent attention surrounding the victory in the US 337 investigation. Liu Jingkang stated that in the future, if peers use the technology patents of the Insta360 Ace series action cameras in good faith, Insta360 will not proactively file lawsuits. He expressed, "The rapid development of the industry requires manufacturers to stand on each other's shoulders."
