HLA GROUP and GIUSEPPE have been suspended from participating in the procurement qualifications for the military logistics engineering services
According to the recent announcement of violations published by the Military Procurement Network, HLA GROUP Co., Ltd. (HLA GROUP) and Zhejiang GIUSEPPE Apparel Co., Ltd. (GIUSEPPE) refused to sign contracts without justifiable reasons after winning the bid. The procurement management department of the Joint Logistics Support Force has decided to suspend the qualifications of both companies to participate in the procurement activities of military material engineering services starting from February 27, 2026
