Canmax Technologies (300390.SZ) announced that it is planning to issue H shares overseas and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388.HK) through an IPO, aiming to accelerate its international strategic layout, leverage the advantages of international capital markets, create a diversified capital platform, enhance its overseas financing capabilities, and further improve the company's capital strength and overall competitiveness.

The announcement stated that this H share issuance and listing will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.
