Alibaba Health and Meinian Onehealth create an intelligent home care service system

Alibaba Health (00241.HK) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Meinian Onehealth (002044.SZ). The two parties will work together to create a standardized and intelligent home nursing service system, focusing on three core areas: collaborative nursing services, integration of online and offline resources, and linkage of medical and health services.

According to the agreement, in terms of nursing services, Alibaba Health will connect with Meinian Onehealth's professional nursing team resources, aiming to build a 30-minute health service circle to provide users with home services covering chronic disease management, rehabilitation nursing, postoperative dressing changes, and jointly launch personalized nursing plans; in terms of operations, both parties will achieve unified service standards through online and offline collaborative training; in terms of business closure, both parties will connect physical examination screening with online medication purchasing scenarios, actively exploring innovative business models and jointly developing new insurance products that integrate preventive screening and health protection
