During the press conference on people's livelihood at the National People's Congress, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Wang Xiaoping stated that they are working with relevant departments to prepare the "14th Five-Year" employment special plan, planning a number of practical and high-value major employment policies and action plans, increasing support for labor-intensive industries such as foreign trade, construction, accommodation, and catering, and exploring employment potential in fields such as the digital economy, high-end manufacturing, and modern services. According to research conducted after the Spring Festival, the current enterprise operating rate and labor return rate have both reached over 90%, indicating a warm start to the labor market.
