IMPRO PRECISION (01286.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with a revenue of HKD 5.095 billion, an increase of 8.7% year-on-year. The net profit was HKD 726 million, up 12.7% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.385. A final dividend of HKD 0.08 per share was declared, along with a first interim dividend of HKD 0.08 per share, making the total annual dividend HKD 0.16, which corresponds to a payout ratio of approximately 44% based on adjusted profit
