C FIN INT INV issues new shares to raise PHANCY 87.27 million yuan
C FIN INT INV (00721.HK) announced the introduction of strategic investors, issuing a total of 2.194 billion new shares to PHANCY (06682.HK), equivalent to an enlarged share capital of 16.67%; the price per share is HKD 0.04, a discount of 29.82% compared to today's (11th) closing price. The net proceeds of HKD 87.27 million are intended primarily for future investments in financial assets and virtual assets.
At the same time, a total of 2.501 billion warrants will be issued to PHANCY and two related parties, Huang Shiying and Liu Yongxing, at an issue price of HKD 0.005 and an exercise price of HKD 0.058, with a total cost of HKD 0.063, representing a premium of 10.53% compared to today's closing price
