China Shenhua's coal sales in February decreased by 3.2%, and electricity sales dropped by 15.2%

China Shenhua (01088.HK) announced that in February, the production of commercial coal was 25.1 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 7%; coal sales volume was 33.2 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3.2%. In the first two months, the cumulative production of commercial coal was 52.5 million tons, a decrease of 1.1%; coal sales volume was 66.4 million tons, an increase of 2.6%.

During the month, electricity generation and electricity sales decreased by 14.8% and 15.2%, respectively. In the first two months, the cumulative total electricity generation and total electricity sales both increased by 8.4%
