Cushman & Wakefield has been entrusted to sell the entire 9th floor of the Far East Finance Centre at 16 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, with a construction area of approximately 10,800 square feet. The asking price has been adjusted from HKD 25,000 per square foot to HKD 18,000 per square foot.

Huang Yicheng, Senior Director of the Hong Kong Capital Markets Department at Cushman & Wakefield, stated that the office market in Admiralty and Central has recently seen a strong recovery, with frequent transactions of high-quality office spaces.
