The Stock Exchange condemns ENTERPRISE DEV and its CEO and others for failing to disclose securities transactions

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange condemned ENTERPRISE DEV (01808.HK), the company's executive director and CEO Yu Hui, one executive director and one former executive director, as well as several independent non-executive directors, and the sole director of its wholly-owned subsidiary ENTERPRISE DEV Hong Kong, Luo Jiaqi, for failing to disclose multiple securities transactions related to ENTERPRISE DEV Hong Kong. Subsequently, the company announced several remedial measures, including completing an internal control review, establishing an investment task force, appointing a compliance officer, and ceasing the purchase of any U.S.-listed securities.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange also instructed all individuals to complete 18 hours of training on regulatory and legal issues as well as compliance with the Listing Rules
