Shanghai Petrochemical Chairman Guo Xiaojun stated that the company will expand crude oil channels in South America and West Africa to reduce reliance on a single supplier. The proportion of crude oil procurement from the Middle East will rise to 66% by 2025. In 2022, the company reported a loss of 1.612 billion yuan, and the board decided not to distribute a final dividend. The company will implement cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures, optimize the crude oil procurement structure, control operating costs, and commit to an annual dividend ratio of no less than 30% of net profit
