BOYAA (00434.HK) announced that it seeks shareholder approval to grant a purchase authorization to increase its investment in cryptocurrencies by no more than USD 70 million (approximately HKD 546 million) over the next 12 months, primarily in Bitcoin. This is to support the research and development of the group's Web3 business and the operation of related projects, thereby continuously promoting the construction of the group's Web3 gaming ecosystem and ensuring the steady implementation of the Web3 strategy.
As of the announcement date, the company holds 4,092 Bitcoins (BTC) at an average price of approximately USD 68,211; 302 Ether (ETH) at an average price of approximately USD 1,661; and about 7 million Tether (USDT)
