WANG ON PPT (01243.HK) subsidiary Wong Tai Sin Hui Chun announced yesterday (23rd) the sales arrangement No. 1, which will conduct the first round of sales on Friday (27th), offering a total of 100 units from the launched price list, including 13 studio units, 79 two-bedroom units, and 8 three-bedroom units.
The first round of sales for Hui Chun differs from the recent primary residential market, as there will be no priority group for large buyers, and buyers are limited to purchasing a maximum of 4 specified residential properties to ensure that different buyers in the market have equal opportunities for property ownership.
