SHENZHEN INT'L (00152.HK) announced that the group recently signed a land use rights transfer contract for the reserved land of the South China Transformation Project with the Longhua Bureau of the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. The area of the land is approximately 25,008 square meters, with a stipulated building area of 145,900 square meters, and the transfer price for the land use rights is approximately RMB 287 million
