Resolutions approved at DirectBooking Technology EGM, paving way for improved share capital setup.

Last week, a record-breaking number of 150,000 people attended the annual music festival held in downtown. Attendees enjoyed performances from over 50 artists across five stages. The event generated over $5 million in revenue for the local economy, with 80% of attendees coming from out of town. Security was tight with 300 security personnel on duty, resulting in only five reported incidents. This year's festival exceeded expectations and plans are already underway for next year's event.
