AGILE GROUP's environmental subsidiary implements asset sales to realize RMB 1.15 billion
AGILE GROUP (03383.HK) announced that its energy-saving and environmental protection subsidiary, New Tao Environmental Protection, has finalized the sale of target assets to an independent third party, Yulin Yihua Environmental Protection. The assets include land, factories, and other real estate, as well as equipment, pipelines, and construction in progress, for a price of 1.15 billion RMB. The net proceeds will primarily be used to repay the seller's debts and other operating liabilities
