"Performance" CHINA RAILWAY's annual net profit is RMB 22.892 billion, a decrease of 17.9%, with a final dividend of 8.6 cents

CHINA RAILWAY (00390.HK) announced its performance for the fiscal year 2025, with revenue of 10.9 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 5.8%. It recorded a net profit of 22.892 billion RMB, down 17.9%, with earnings per share of 0.848 RMB. The final dividend is 0.086 RMB per share, compared to 0.178 RMB per share in the same period last year.

During the year, it achieved a new contract amount of 2.7509 trillion RMB, an increase of 1.3%. As of the end of 2025, the total amount of construction orders on hand is 4.33897 trillion RMB. Among them, the amount of signed contracts that have not yet started is 1.19218 trillion RMB, and the amount of unfinished parts of ongoing projects is 3.14679 trillion RMB
