TK GROUP HLDG (02283.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with a revenue of HKD 2.395 billion, an increase of 1.5% year-on-year. The net profit was HKD 218 million, a decrease of 16.7% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.26. A total dividend of 16.2 cents was declared, including a final dividend of 6.2 cents and a special dividend of 10 cents, compared to 18.8 cents in the same period last year. (ha/)
