CHERISH SUN provides loan guarantees to its subsidiary

CHERISH SUN (01094.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Cherish Engineering Technology has applied for a loan of no more than RMB 42.44 million from the Jiangsu Bank Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Branch due to funding needs for business development, and will sign a relevant loan agreement with the lending bank.

The board of directors has approved the company to provide a maximum joint liability guarantee to the lending bank for all debts formed under the loan, including the principal balance of RMB 42.44 million and its interest, compound interest, and penalty interest, as well as all other related expenses paid by the lending bank as a creditor to realize its claims. The company will voluntarily negotiate and sign a relevant guarantee agreement with the lending bank
