Investors assess the possibility of resolving the Middle East conflict and the outlook for the Federal Reserve's interest rate path. U.S. Treasury yields fell on Tuesday.

The yield on the two-year bond dropped 3.7 basis points to 3.791%. The yield on the ten-year bond fell 2.3 basis points to 4.319%. The yield on the thirty-year bond rose 0.4 basis points to 4.91%
