Deliveries in February, which coincided with this year's Spring Festival, fell to 28,067 units, a nearly one-year low.To maintain sales growth momentum, Leapmotor is advancing its launch plans for new models.The company announced today that it will officially unveil the Ultra version of the Lafa 5 electric hatchback at the Beijing Auto Show, which opens on April 24.The Lafa 5, launched on November 27, 2025, with a starting price of 92,800 yuan ($13,500), is widely seen as the Chinese version of the electric Volkswagen Golf.The model is a sporty rear-wheel-drive compact EV tuned by Stellantis' European team.
