INNOVATE’s Portfolio Company DBM Global to Pay Cash Dividend
INNOVATE Corp. (NYSE: VATE) disclosed that its subsidiary, DBM Global Inc. (“DBMG”), a group offering comprehensive steel construction services, will issue a cash dividend totaling around $3 million, equating to $0.78 per share, scheduled for April 28, 2026. Stockholders of DBMG as of April 13, 2026, will benefit from this payout. Notably, as the main shareholder, INNOVATE anticipates obtaining approximately $2.7 million from this distribution, with individual stockholders of INNOVATE not qualifying for the dividend.
