CH TREASURES NM has revised the offering price of its new shares to RMB 0.23 and will resume trading on Wednesday
CH TREASURES NM (02439.HK) announced that the placement price for a maximum of 200 million shares has been revised from HKD 0.228 to HKD 0.23, representing a discount of 19.30% compared to the last closing price before suspension. The total fundraising amount is HKD 46 million, with a net amount of HKD 45.8 million intended for the procurement of production materials, research and development of new products, and expansion of the company's product offerings.
The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Wednesday (8th)
