36Kr learned that on April 8th, SG AUTOMOTIVE GROUP released the world's first mass-produced MW-level phase change immersion liquid cooling cabinet, with a single cabinet power of 900kW, achieving the MW-level technical specifications of the Feynman architecture planned by NVIDIA in 2028 ahead of schedule. Currently, this solution has been applied to the core nodes of the national supercomputing internet and has been running stably for over a hundred days with the scaleX WanKa supercluster
