VOICECOMM issues new shares to third parties, raising HKD 93.96 million
VOICECOMM (02495.HK) announced that it will issue 2.0293 million shares to independent third party Yang Minghuan, accounting for 4.87% of the expanded share capital, for a total consideration of HKD 93.96 million, equivalent to a price of HKD 46.3 per share, representing a discount of 11.47% compared to the last trading day (10th). The proceeds are intended for research and development investment, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
At the same time, the number of shares to be placed to independent third party State Fortune Global Strategic LPF will be adjusted from the original 6.73 million shares to 4.1348 million shares, with the final deadline extended to May 8
