Commodities: Domestic commodity futures mostly rose. As of press time, polysilicon was up over 4%, nickel, tin, and lithium carbonate on the Shanghai exchange rose 2%, copper, palladium, platinum, and silver on the Shanghai exchange rose over 1%, aluminum, rubber, iron ore, coking coal, ferromanganese, gold, hot-rolled coil, eggs, rebar, industrial silicon, and alumina on the Shanghai exchange moved higher. Coke, stainless steel, glass, soybean meal, and crude oil fell. Caustic soda, propylene, fuel oil, and methanol fell over 1%, ethylene glycol, asphalt, and the containerized shipping index fell over 2%, and rapeseed fell over 3%.
