Market news reveals that a low-floor 3-room unit in Block D of East Mid-Levels Garden, with a usable area of 1,210 square feet, has recently been sold for HKD 17 million including a parking space, equivalent to a price of approximately HKD 14,050 per square foot.
According to the information, the original owner was Hu Yujun, the executive director and CEO of NWDS CHINA (00825.HK), and related parties. They purchased the unit for HKD 8.38 million in 2007, and after an internal transfer, it has now appreciated by HKD 8.62 million or about 1.03 times
